- This Privacy Policy applies to individuals using the services of Hotel Milo, located at 211 Juliusza Słowackiego Street, 80-298 Gdańsk, and is effective from March 1, 2024.

2. PERSONAL DATA
- In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we inform that:
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of using hotel services – based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
- Recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law and entities involved in the provision of services.
- Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data from the data controller, the right to rectify, erase, or restrict processing, and the right to data portability.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to provide the service/contract.
3. DATA RECIPIENTS
- We use the services of programming companies and maintain teleinformatics systems with which we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing principles and confidentiality. This data is not disclosed, and none of these companies have the right to process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if the company has access to it, may only be processed for the purpose of providing services correctly.
